Every family is asked to bring 1 dozen muffins and 1 dozen cookies or 1 square to contribute to the breakfast and dessert menu. |
Silent Auction |
We will be hosting a Silent Auction from Saturday at 12:00pm to Sunday at 12:00pm. If you would like to contribute an item for the auction, please drop it off at the hall by Friday evening (we will have a designated area for the Silent Auction). The winning bids will be revealed after lunch on Sunday. If you are searching for a bit of inspiration, here is a list of items to consider: a collection of freshly picked garden vegetables, homemade baking, knitting, painting, woodworking, jewellery, stained glass, framed pictures, customized apparel, themed gift baskets… the possibilities are endless! Be creative! |
Family Variety Show |
Time to showcase all of that “Préfontaine” talent that has been growing throughout the years! Your presentation can include anything from a skit to a musical performance or a beautiful talent that you’d love to share with the family. Please submit your program to Lisette Préfontaine prior to Saturday evening. |
Family Updates |
As in past years, each of the siblings is requested to write a short family update of his/her family happenings since the last reunion. Please include a full list of the members of your family including their phone numbers and email addresses.
We would like to receive the updates in an electronic format if possible so we can start sharing them by email. Please send your update to Novelene Martin at novelenemartin@yahoo.com. If you are unable to provide it by email, please bring 12 copies to the reunion for the exchange which will take place on Saturday morning at 10:00 am in the hall. If you would like a hard copy of the update please make sure to send in your request prior to the reunion. Please note: no binders will be provided this year. |
Family Book |
Please designate someone from your family to provide the list of updates (marriages, births, deaths, etc.) for the Family Book to Novelene Martin at novelenemartin@yahoo.com. If you are unable to send it electronically, please bring 12 copies to the reunion. The last update was done in 2015 so please make sure to include all of the details since that date. Beverages |
Beverages including water, pop, alcohol, juice and drinks for children will be your own responsibility except during the meals, at which time we will be providing water, iced tea, lemonade, fruit juice and milk (for breakfast only). |
